The International Planned Parenthood Federation's South Asia Regional Office, located in Delhi, is seeking expert assistant for comprehensive taxi travel services to manage and facilitate official travel for the IPPF South Asia Region (IPPF SAR) staff, visitors and event attendees. The selected agency will be responsible for delivering local and out-of-city travel services ensuring efficient, reliable and secure transportation. Scope of Work The selected taxi service provider will be responsible for: Offering a fleet of well-maintained vehicles that comply safety and environmental regulations Ensuring necessary permits to travel within the NCR region Ensuring same day response to requests from IPPF SAR Providing 24/7 support (via email or phone) Duration The initial service contract is envisaged to be for 24 months from the date on which it enters force (expected to be beginning of 2025). After this period has expired the contract may be extended (with or without amendments) or terminated.
